Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an ALDI Warehouse Sanitation Associate, you maintain cleanliness and food-safety compliance across the distribution center's storage, pick, and dock areas.
- Scheduled Cleaning Rotation: Follow the facility's documented sanitation schedule across pick zones, dock areas, and break rooms, completing each task within its assigned frequency and documenting completion on the sanitation log.
- Spill & Debris Response: Respond immediately to any spill, product breakage, or debris on the warehouse floor, clearing it promptly to prevent a safety hazard for equipment operators and pedestrian traffic.
- Food Safety Compliance: Maintain sanitation practices that meet ALDI's food safety audit standards, flagging any pest activity, standing water, or equipment issue that could create a food safety risk to the facility manager.
